Who I Work With

I work with travelers who have physical disabilities, medical conditions, sensory needs and neurodivergence. Sometimes that's one person in a party of two. Sometimes it's a big family where three people need three different things.

Two people in my own family need extra help when we travel. So I get it, and you will never have to justify what you need.

Tell me the real version.

I've got you.

My Promise to You

I will never call a ship or hotel accessible just because its website says so.

I won't promise anything I haven't confirmed. If I can't verify something before you book, I'll tell you, and we'll decide together.

If a trip isn't right for you, I'll say so and help you find one that is.

Your Accessible Travel Questions, Answered

What is a Certified Accessibility Specialist?
It means I'm trained to plan travel for people with disabilities and medical needs, including spotting barriers, verifying accommodations and planning for the unexpected. I'm certified through CLIA and through Be Brave Travel for Every BODY.

Is cruising a good fit if I have mobility needs?
Often, yes! You unpack once, the ship becomes familiar, there's medical care on board, and most modern ships have accessible cabins. It still depends on the ship, the itinerary and the ports (tender ports can be tricky), so I check every sailing for you.

Can you plan for sensory needs or neurodivergence?
Absolutely. I plan around sensory load, quieter times and spaces, and predictable routines, and I help you know what each day will look like before it happens.

What if something goes wrong during my trip?
Every trip I plan has a backup plan for forgotten medications or equipment, mobility assistance, and where to find medical care. And I'm reachable the whole time, until you're home.

How do I get started?
Book a free Zoom consultation. Share as much or as little as you're comfortable with. Nothing is committed on that call.
