Planning a Group? Let Me Be the One in the Middle

The hardest part of a group trip is never the destination. It's being the one in the group chat reminding eleven adults about a deposit.

With me, every traveler books directly and pays their own deposit. You stop being the bank, and the bad guy!

I track the deadlines, chase the paperwork, and quietly handle the details people don't want to bring up in the group chat.

My Favorite Cruise Tip

Before you leave the ship, stop by the future cruise desk!

You'll often get a reduced deposit, a special offer or onboard credit, and you don't have to pick your next cruise yet.

Just add me, Nivia Wilkinson of Nivia's Enchanted Escapes, as your travel advisor. When you're home, we'll plan your next trip with those perks already waiting.

Your Cruise and Group Questions, Answered

Do you book group cruises?
Yes, and I love them! I plan escorted groups, milestone celebrations and multigenerational family sailings. Each traveler books and pays on their own, so the organizer never has to.

What is a multigenerational vacation?
It's one trip with three or more generations of a family, usually grandparents, parents and grandkids. I plan around different mobility levels, energy, bedtimes and price points so everyone has a great time.

Do you book river cruises in Europe?
Yes! It's a growing part of my business, planned with an accessibility focus. River ships vary a lot, so I check each one before you book.

How far ahead should I book a cruise?
Nine to eighteen months out gives you the best cabin choice. That's extra important if you need an accessible cabin, since there are only a few and they go fast.

What if some of my group doesn't want to cruise?
No problem! Escorted land trips and all inclusive resort groups are great options too.
